EXECUTIVE BOARD DUTIES
PANHELLENIC PRESIDENT
-
Coordinate the agenda and preside over all meetings of the Panhellenic Executive Board
-
Decide on all questions of parliamentary procedure, Constitution, and By-Laws
-
Serve as a spokesperson and representative to the University Administration, Division of Student Affairs and community
-
Serve as a liaison to IFC, NPHC and all other student organizations
-
Supervise all officers of the Executive Board in the discharge of their duties
-
Meet weekly with Greek Advisor and Graduate Advisor
-
Report to National Panhellenic Conference Area Advisor
-
Attend all Presidents meetings
-
Represent PHC at civic events, university events or any other activities or meetings of importance to or for the benefit of the fraternity/sorority community
-
Ensures that other members of the Executive Council are fulfilling their duties as outline in the PHC Constitution and Bylaws
-
Develops and enhances PHC’s relationship with each individual chapter and Marquette

VICE PRESIDENT OF JUDICIAL AFFAIRS
-
Perform the duties of the President in her absence, inability to serve, or at her call.

Serve as head of the Panhellenic Judicial Board and coordinate the overall selection and ongoing training of the Judicial Board members.
-
Be responsible for the oversight of any and all sanctions/corrective actions mandated by the Joint Judicial Board.

Manage the Social Event Registration policy and process for member fraternities.
-
Facilitate training of chapter members when new rules and regulations are developed.
-
Work directly with the Interfraternity Council Judicial Vice President.

VICE PRESIDENT OF MEMBERSHIP OPERATIONS

Direct and supervise Internal Recruitment Committee
-
Plan Formal Recruitment (logistics, scheduling, programming, registration)
-
Coordinate several events during fall and spring semester to promote Greek life and Greek women (KJ, Meet MU Sorority Women, House Tours, etc.)
-
Administer recruitment registration, bid process and distribution, and recruitment regulations with NPC, Panhel and Marquette policies
-
Advise chapters during the recruitment process and coordinate the entire recruitment process overall
-
Take initiative in planning and brainstorming creative, simpler ways to plan the Formal Recruitment process and membership events

VICE PRESIDENT OF MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMMING

Responsible for all aspects of training for the Recruitment Counselors.

Spearheads the Recruitment Counselor application process, which includes organizing materials for interviews, reviewing applications, and leading the group interviews
-
Hold weekly meetings with the Recruitment Counselors in November and December
-
Coordinate a Recruitment Retreat for the Recruitment Counselors and Recruitment teams the weekend before Formal Recruitment in January
-

In charge of pre-recruitment Recruitment Counselor training that takes place starting in November through January
-
Plan and executes the schedule and training throughout that period
-
Once Recruitment begins, the VPMP’s job is very reactive to whatever the RCs may need
-

VICE PRESIDENT OF PUBLIC RELATIONS

Responsible for the official media correspondence of the Panhellenic Association unless provided otherwise
-
Monitor and actively update all NPC social media accounts
-
Work with VP of Communications on designing physical PR (i.e. fliers, posters, etc.)
-
Create programs through social media or other outlets to promote Greek Unity, celebrate chapters’ accomplishments, and highlight Greek woman
-
Work with IFC and NPHC counterparts to promote All-Greek events
-
Assist other members of Eboard in anyway necessary!

VICE PRESIDENT OF PROGRAMMING
-
The VP of Programming is the "event planner" of NPC
-
Essentially, VP of Programming plans Airband, Greek Week, and aids with the Greek Carnival and Recruitment, working along IFC and the Public Relations team
-
Work with the AMU event management staff in order to plan these events
-
Working with IFC counterpart, the VP of Programming must plan at least two events per semester and help the other NPC Executive Board members with the betterment of the Greek Community

VICE PRESIDENT OF COMMUNICATIONS

Keep an up-to-date roll of the members of the Panhellenic Association and call it at all council meetings

Keep the website of the Panhellenic Association up-to-date with officer biographies, chapter profiles, and recruitment and programming updates
-
Keep full minutes of all meetings of the Panhellenic Association Executive Board and the delegates meetings
-
Work with IFC and NPHC counterparts to promote All-Greek events
-
Assist other members of Eboard in any way necessary!

VICE PRESIDENT OF SCHOLARSHIP AND SERVICE

Work with Greek community to raise money for Milwaukee Public Schools

Create different events to serve MPS

Work with VPP for Airband and other programs that will contribute to our MPS philanthropy

Recognize outstanding scholars of the PHA community
